We specialize in difficult-to-make, close-tolerance, out-of-the-ordinary washers produced by stamping, laser cutting or CNC machining. Emergency production runs are usually available with no break-in charge. Matenaer hosts the most flexible production capabilities in the metal bending industry. We inventory 1000’s of tools for special and custom washers including tools for wave washers, flat washers, spring washers, belleville washers, conical washers, shim washers, and structural washers. If we don’t have the tool on the shelf, we turn to our in-house state-of-the-art tool shop to make it. Our flexibility is also due to the inventory of millions of pounds of steel and our in-house slitting capabilities.
We can manufacture custom and special washers from .250” O.D. up to 60”, I.D. as small as .025”, and thicknesses from .004” on up consisting of carbon steel, spring steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, phos. bronze, nylon or any other material that can be stamped, laser cut or machined.

We quote and provide the part complete because all secondary operations such as heat treating, plating, flattening, painting, grinding, coating, forming, tapping, notching and chamfering are handled by us.
