Sticking with our mission to continually improve our organization and capacities, Matenaer expanded into CNC machining. The state-of-the-art CNC Machined Part facility consists of CNC Live Tooling, Turning Centers, Sub Spindle Technology, Cell manufacturing and CNC Machining Centers.
We offer turning, milling, high speed drilling, tapping, boring, slotting, reaming, rotary broaching, and threading. This can be done on blanks produced from standard bar stock or from stamped or laser cut parts as the particular application requires. Whatever the part requirement, we will utilize the high production live tooling, barfeed machining cells, auto-loading robotic turning center to provide the most effective cost savings solutions to your procurement needs.
