Laser cutting, forming and welding capabilities are key to Matenaer’s ability to provide solutions to your fabrication needs. Fabricated materials include steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Whatever the part requirement, we will utilize laser cutting, forming, stamping, machining and welding to provide the most effective cost savings solutions to your procurement needs. - Laser Cutting – Matenear Corporation has the latest in CNC Laser technology to produce an infinite variety of shapes and sizes. Our two 4 kilowatt and 2.5 Kilowatt Laser Centers cuts parts up to .875” thick by 60” wide by 120” long. Our newest laser is equipped with a cost-effective, fully automated load-unload system
- Forming – Components are formed and bent utilizing state-of-the-art CNC
Press Brake technology. Capacities up to .500” thick or 10’ in length. Tolerances are held within one degree.
- Welding – Fabricated assemblies requiring welding are produced in our facility by highly skilled welders using the latest in MIG and TIG welding equipment and techniques.
- All components requiring machining prior to or after assembly are machined in-house to ensure the highest quality, lowest costs and shortest lead time
- All Fabrication processes are fully supported by our CAD system and the latest CMM technology
