Matenaer Corporation has the latest in CNC Laser technology to produce an infinite variety of shapes and sizes. Our two 4 Kilowatt and 2.5 Kilowatt Laser Centers cut parts up to .875” thick by 60” wide by 120” long. Our newest laser is equipped with a cost-effective, fully automated load-unload system.
Utilizing the our laser technology reduces scrap by nesting like thickness parts in turn reducing your overall cost of procurement.
All components requiring machining prior to or after assembly are machined in-house to ensure the highest quality, lowest costs and shortest lead time
